Pick n pay ASAP NOT ASAP NOT DELIVERED AT ALL

I would like to complain about Pick n Pay ASAP. I received about half my order to the value of R1500+ and phoned in to query the shortfall. My wife Michelle Ramiah being the account holder was bust on a call as she works from home so I made the call.

I was put in contact with someone that was breathing heavily and distracted so much so that I had to repeat everything I was saying. It sounded disgusting and disturbing.

Anyway she eventually took the details and then said she cannot help me because I'm not the account holder.

I explained that my wife was on a call for work and 8m querying the none delivery of my purchase. She said due "CANNOT HELP" so I said that my order should have been f@$%%&g delivered in the first place.

She then said she will get a warning for what she is going to do and cut the call.

I still haven't received the goods that were paid for.
