Pick n Pay ASAP Nonsense

I wish I could rate this service a negative infinity with how consistently useless it is! I've been using it for years because we all know such services are new in south africa and our infrastructure doesn't always support growth...but placing an order at 9am to be told at 2pm the system glitched and never created the order but the transaction to my bank account didn't glitch 🤔 the money was cgathed and in your "new improved app" the order shows up??? I'm so annoyed I'm officially giving up on this service. I stopped shopping your physical stores for similar bad service in store and your staff with their bad attitudes who made in-store shopping unpleasant. Nothing your store serves is worth this much displeasure. Thanks for nothing!
