Pick n Pay ASAP No Response to Queries

I submitted a query via email regarding my order on the ASAP app. I received vegetables expiring the same day. They were almost off and changing colour. Both Tamminique and Maureen responded saying they were looking into it. Each time I'm being told someone is looking into ASAP queries but it seems like it is not and then the system is closing the queries. It appears people are not doing their jobs and just letting time lapse so that the queries are automatically closed. I tried using Fresh desk but can't login an it won't allow me to reset the password. Order ***. Today my order is keep being delayed and was told that it would be looked into also by Tamminique. I'm not holding my breath because she doesn't resolve queries. Order ***
