PICK N PAY ASAP - NO REFUND IN OVER A YEAR

I trust you are well,

Please note I placed order number *** on 31st October 2021 @ 08:00AM.

I then tried to cancel the order as the order could only be delivered 2 days later and I urgently needed the stock I had purchased.

I was reimbursed for the Ox tail that I assume was not in stock, however I have never received reimbur*****t for the balance of the order that was never delivered to me, and i didnt want it delivered as I had to make alternative arrangements due to the delivery date I had received.

Please could you assist with ensuring reimbur*****t is passed to my bank account, i do not want a credit i need the money returned.

I have still received no assistance for over a year, when an agent by the name of Sonia Steyn finally mailed me back, because I didn't respond to her in under 8 hours, she advise my complaint would be closed, am I not the customer? I gave you over a year to respond, you couldn't wait a few hours? absolutely shocking manners and service.
