Pick n pay asap no refund in days!!!!!!

I purchased on the asap app on Friday the 10th of March and had a missing item because there was no stock..... Up until now im still waiting for my refund!!! I was told it takes 24-48 hours for the refund to reflect back into my pick n pay wallet...... I was also told that the refund was requested on Sunday the 12th of March....... Today is 96 hours and still no refund???????
