PICK N PAY ASAP - NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT !!!

I placed an order with Pick n Pay asap on Saturday morning around 7:30 am - the money was taken from my credit card and then suddenly my order was cancelled. I phoned the support and explained what happened. The lady said i would get money paid into the wallet.. I am still waiting NO MONEY has been paid yet, NEVER got the order I placed. I emailed them this morning - TICKET NUMBER *** - (Monday 30th Sep) after numerous calls trying to get through with no luck at all. it is 15h26 in the afternoon, NO PHONE CALL, NO EMAIL, NO MONEY BACK - I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PICK N PAY AGAIN!!!!! very disappointed with their service.
