Pick n Pay Asap nightmare

Worse service ever orded from pick n pay asap order number *** i ordered 2 boxes of frozen fish and frozen beef goulash on the 7th of sep 2021 the evening i got a call saying the order wont be deliverd as the driver got stuck on the way to the store to collect the order the lady by name of Mellisa told me it will be dropped the next morning the 8th as the order got to my place the fish was defrosted and boxes where dripping of the water from the fish that was never packed in the freezer the same with the beef it had just been sent in that state the two loafs of bread i order is expiring the 9th two loafs of bread fresh for 1 day. I then call the pick n pay asap call centre was dealing with a lady by the name Chantell i asked to deal with a manager as this is not the first time i got this bad service and food in this state i was than dealing with a manager by the name of Mogamat Classen who asked me to email him pics of the meat and bread and he will have it sorted he called to say the store campus sqaure pick n pay did not pack the meat away and just left the food out all night to defrost and just sent it to me as is he than said he will get the items replaced and the defrosted meat and old bread collected up till now thw order has not been replaced and i had to call in to get info on the order status as he did not get back to me still no order and still no feed back as this the service given to paying customers how sad all u get is a sorry and nothing is sorted
