Pick n Pay asap, never again.

I ordered food from Asap today, specifically for the chicken. I also selected an alternative if not delivered. Chicken was not delivered but items added on to make up order total were. I then was offered R50 to place another order for different Chicken. Again the order did not arrive and had to cancel. Spoke to the rudest manager (Khairun-Nisaa McDonald) who kept speaking over me, not giving me any solutions and not even giving me an opportunity to voice my frustrations as I am the one with no dinner for tonight. I was told to go return items to the store, when I tried to explain that I do not have a car and they can come to collect as they also delivered and give me my money back, this manager kept cutting me off. Worst experience ever, I still am without dinner, and without my money.
