Pick 'n Pay ASAP needs Help from Sixty60

I placed an Order with Pick 'n Pay ASAP - Order Number: ***. Not sure who the Rocket Scientist is within their Packaging Division, but somebody needs to tell that their Brown Paper Bags are not going to hold 8.40KG's wet Beer Bottles! I was advised by their Customer Care that they are unable to hold the Store or the Driver responsible for the Bag that broke and the best they could offer me was a Free Delivery on my next Order. Really ASAP, you need to send your Management to Sixty60 for a day or two; they will guide you in what Good Customer Service entails.
