Pick n pay asap, my money back please!

I bought on ASAP on the 24th of October, the order didn't generate but my money went off. I was told the funds will be reversed back into my account in 4 hours....2 weeks later I am still waiting.

I called a number of times, each time im told they are escalating and trying to find out where the money is.
