PICK N PAY ASAP - MOBILE APP - ORDER *** **** SERVICE !!!

So I tried the new APP called ASAP. I am behond ****ed off with this terrible service I received from them. I placed a order this morning. Everything is stock. I had to phone later to ask what is happening with my order. The lady assisted me and said it would be picked soon and send out. Well 2 hours later I get the message almost everything I picked was out of stock !!!!!!! Then to top it they are refunding me. To where nobody knows. I called again in only to hear my refund will take 3-10 working days into my account. I am deleting this app and rather use the Checkers app. I wont ever use you guys again and will let everyone know what **** service I received.
