Pick n pay asap missing order items

I ordered some goods on Sunday. When I got my delivery 2 items were missing. I called pick n pay asap and they promised the goods will be delivered. 18h00 I called them again to be told the goods were signed off but no driver was assisgned. But was reassured that the goods would be delivered. Monday all day nothing was delivered. I called again today Tuesday afternoon and was promised the goods will be delivered. They young man who took my call asked me to hold while he was phoning the store. I was on hold and the phone was dropped off. I am not sure if I will ever get the goods I paid for. This is an ureliable service. If you order and pay for items, this is what you expect to receive. I am no more using their service and I will tell everyone about my horrible service with pick n pay asap. They are untruthful and *************. I am appalled by their lies. Every time I called i was promised that my stuff will be delivered. It is now 17h09 on Tuesday and I am still waiting for short items on an order that was placed on Sunday morning around 08h00.
