Pick n Pay ASAP- ****MERS!!!!!

I placed an order on the 3rd of February 2024 using the Pick n Pay ASAP app. Order number #***8

I never received the items and the order showed delivered on the 4th of Feb 2024.

I called the customer service line 4 times and they all promised that they would refund my money and I should send my bank details, which I did. They told me the refund takes 10 working days. Today is day 11 and I sent them follow-ups with no response.

I spoke to a Siya Saula, Phozisa Chule and Micheala Julius they all promised everything was done and nothing was done. I will never order from PICK N PAY again!!!!!!!
