Pick n pay asap - ****mers

On the 26 July 2025 odered on the delivery pick n pay asap I was charged R791.83 for an order but my total was R637.85 and again on 5 august I odered and i was charged R168.97 when my total was R132.97.

I have called pick n pay to request my refund for items that I didn't receive and the total that was deducted, they didn't refund to my wallet instead they told me to call the bank. The bank said the store is the one that is supposed to refund me. In the past when an item is not available they would refund to the wallet but now they still haven't refunded My Total Refund=R189.98. I have asked for the matter to be escalated to the manager but even now I still have not received my refund. They said they didn't charge me and on the day of the payment the money went out and the difference was not put back I to my account
