Pick n pay asap Kokstad

I placed an order via the Pick n pay asap app at 14:28 and up until now I haven’t received anything, tried calling the store here in Kokstad to enquire and a lady who answered the phone shouted at me and said I should wait as they are busy with only one van when I asked why are they not updating that the orders will be delayed she slammed the phone down. I want my money back don’t want the delivery anymore.
