Pick n Pay ASAP: I’ve been waiting for delivery since yesterday😡

Last night after 19:00pm I placed an order. I later saw on the app that it will be delivered this morning and I understood because it was quite late.

This morning I tried tracking my order on the app like I always to, and all it said was “order received”

When I was about to call and find out my phone rang, and I picked up the person was just breathing and not saying anything. And eventually the call was ended.

I went outside to see if I will see any delivery person outside and there was no one, I received a msg on my phone advising that the driver attempted to call me with no success. And this was a lie.

I called in, after holding for more than 20 minutes I spoke to someone and explained my situation. She apologised and advised that she’s assigning a driver to my order, I should expect a delivery soon. This was after 9:00 am, after 2 hours I decided to call again. I spoke to Naimah, she made the same empty promise and also advise that she’s escalating this to management, the time was 11:15am, I requested that she calls me at 11:30am to see if I have been assisted, she agreed. But she never called.

What is wrong with these people and their service? My order nr is ***
