Pick 'n Pay ASAP is useless! Don't use them.

I placed an order on ASAP on Sunday for it to be delivered on Monday between 10 and 11. My mom was at home all day. When I got home from my appointment it hadn't been delivered and the time had been changed. In the meantime I had received an email for something that was out of stock and had missed the 10 min cut off. No big deal. Assumed I would get credit. Anyway. Order doesn't come. Next thing I see, my order has been cancelled and there is no trace of it on the app. Now I am short over R600 and no products from them. Sent an email, no reply. Tried calling, nobody answers. Clearly they don't want the customers. Please don't ever use them. They take your money and don't deliver.
