Pick n Pay ASAP is USELESS.

My first and last experience with Pick n Pay asap. Help me understand how they scream convenience but you pay for your items and never receive them. My purchase was for a timeslot between 13h30 and 14h00 today Sunday 26 October 2025 at Pick n Pay Parow Exchange. At 13h30 I received a notification that my items were being picked, just before 14h00 I received a notification saying waiting for a driver to pick up my goods, 30 minutes went by and the order status now changed to delayed. I put in two calls to the ASAP contact centre, first point of contact was Vanessa who dropped the line while I was gathering the information she required, called back, next person was Chantel who proceeded to advise that the order is going to be assigned to a driver now, and we cannot cancel the order because refunds take 5 days. We waited another hour and 30 minutes, called again and this time Wandie answered who advised that the store is closed and I wouldn't be receiving my order. I requested a refund which I now have to wait 3 - 5 business days for and I did not receive my so called ASAP order because no one could communicate , no call, no update on the app as to why my order wasn't arriving, I'm fuming.
