Pick n Pay ASAP is useless!!!

Pick n Pay ASAP app is a huge waste of time. First time ordering and it been over 3 hours & my order hasn’t arrived. I called customer service 2 hours in thinking maybe something is wrong on my side, was told that order is on the way & was given the driver’s number. Been calling him as well no response. When I track the order it keeps changing the location but they’re nowhere near my location. I’m better off using my trusted Checkers Sixty60 app because WOW!!!
