Pick n Pay ASAP is the worst grocery delivery service

Pick n pay ASAP is the worst grocery delivery service I've ever used. Everytime you give them an opportunity to do better ,the service is always worse than the last time.The app works just fine but PnP and it's driver's deliver terrible customer service. From waiting over two hours for an order to having the order marked undelivered because the driver decided not to deliver, no communication whatsoever from PnP or the driver. Then PnP tells us to wait 4 days before receiving our refund. So we must just deal with the massive inconvenience. They just do not care about customers. I do not recommend AT ALL.
