Pick n Pay ASAP is the Worst!

As of today Pick 'n Pay ASAP will never see me again!

My order was received at 14h08 in the afternoon. The app said that my delivery would arrive between 15h00-15h30. Just before 15h00 it changed to 15h30-16h00, then 16h30-17h30. The whole point of ordering online was for convenience yet today has been a huge inconvenience, waiting around for an order when I had an appointment to attend at 17h00. The delivery eventually arrived at 17h47 after numerous messages via social and email. I tried phoning the support helpline many times but no answer.

If that wasn't enough more than 80% of the items I ordered were not delivered. A total of R1694.76 spent with nothing to show for it but two boxes of milk and two bags out of the seven that were meant to be delivered.

No explanation, no communication, no responses to my messages, calls, posts and emails.

This is unacceptable! I want an immediate refund! Not in points or money on my app. In my bank account or cash, I don't ever want to use the Pick'n Pay ASAP app!

Leave the deliveries to Checkers 60/60 because you have no idea what you are doing.
