Pick n Pay ASAP is Terrible
Pick n Pay ASAP is extremely useless. In about all of my orders something was missing or broken. It takes forever and a day for them to refund your money. The time and money spent calling them is worth more than the product. The reason we order these goods is because we need them on the day. Also their delivery time changes after they took your money.

17 Sept 2022, 12:36Why should I go through the same process everytime. I will not reply privately as thus is an ongoing problem. By now your research should show you that subcontractors doesn't work for good business. Get your own drivers as Checkers 60 has. Order *** is the last one. Milk not delivered but charged. Don't tell us about refunds as we ordered it to have coffee before loadshedding. WAKE UP AND LOOK AROUND AT THE COMPETITION

17 Sept 2022, 12:46You expect us to go through all this **** of taking photos and emails back and forth. Address your problems and have your driver's take the photos when they deliver. We check our goods in front of your delivery service but because they are mere subcontractors, there is nothing they can do. It is most frustrating and I will not suggest your services to my enemies as it will be too much for them to deal with. Keep your money, bad service and I will only make use of Checkers 60. I have a good standing Pick n Pay account and it saddens me to know that your delivery service is so bad

20 Sept 2022, 17:30To date, Pick n Pay ASAP has not refunded me nor delivered. I am so disgusted. Then again, it can be expected from a a company that made so much money pre and post 1994
