Pick n Pay ASAP is slow

Lovely to have the ASAP app but why advertise that groceries will be delivered within an hour when that’s not the case? I ordered at 13:16pm. It’s now 14:21 and it only changed to packing my order with delivery by 3pm. Clearly not 60 mins?? Don’t try to compete with checkers and their 60 mins if you can’t live up to it. Disappointing that FNB moved partners.
