Pick N Pay ASAP is simply frustrating!!!

Pick N Pay ASAP Must be the most frustrating delivery service to use. The fact that you can't talk your driver is the most ridiculous flaw that any delivery app can have. I've been struggling to resolve a delivery where the app shows the correct route to our house but the driver seems to be directed a different rout and continues to go into a neighboring estate with no way to resolve the issue. Absolutely infuriating. I've decided to give PickNPay a try given that I value Ebucks Rewards but it's simply not worth the stress to do this every time that I order. 2 orders and I am done with PickNPay.
