Pick n pay Asap is *******
I had ordered via pick n pay app, the ASAP one. On the 11 october 2022, there were missing items in my order, reported the matter immediately with the driver, called the store, wrote emails after emails, making calls and they were all telling me they will sort it out and refund me, until this day have not received any refund, instead on Friday I got an email and sms telling me that my case is completed, how so without any refunds. Called in again today, they told me same boring story that they will escalate. Mind u, I'm a big fan, I order on asap every week, have referred a lot of people. But the service I got really disappointed me. I'm never using the app again

I still have not received refund of R80 on my previous order *** of the 11 October 2022. I have called emailed countless times but only promised that my refund will go through my card and wallet services on my asap app but still no refund. I had ordered 4 cans of Bernini Amber at R20 each, in the order the cans were missing, no communication whatsoever. This is unacceptable and I am so dissapointed because I do my shopping at Pick n Pay The Crescent in Umhlanga and also use Asap almost every week. All I need is my hard earned money refunded back to the card and wallet services or missing items that were in the order be delivered to me at my Asap address 69 Meridian Drive, Unit A305 Manhattan Mews, Umhlanga. Please respond for way forward.
