Pick n pay ASAP is *******!

Pick n pay ASAP is the worst! Firstly there's always something missing from the order, if not there's unavailable items which they keep the funds in their wallet or take 10days to refund you. When you urgently need the item and have money you are *****ed.

Today they pulled a last number on me, I ordered an iron at 9am they delivered a damaged iron at 11am I fought with them they only picked up the damaged iron at 3pm, I'm still waiting for them to deliver a proper iron. There's absolutely no convenience, their services are pathetic. I need the iron or my money back so I can delete their ******* app.
