Pick n pay ASAP is ridiculous they quick to take the money and give stories for a refund
on the 31st of December I was buying non alcoholic champagne on pick n pay ASAP, their delivery date showed 1st Jan then I had to cancel the order, my money then sat on their wallet which was withdrawn same day but when I followed up on the 5th Jan they said it was only processed on that day. On the 12th of Jan I received an email that my money was sent to an incorrect customer, they will then refund it to my account and will receive it within 2 days as confirmed with a manager named Kaylin I am still waiting for my money till today an amount of over R1000

15 Jan 2025, 16:35I don’t think you understand that I am annoyed with the wait I’ve been waiting and I feel you don’t understand the seriousness of my situation I can’t have R1000 amount sitting with you and not refunded to me for this long it’s January and there’s a lot of things to sort out getting a phone call that will tell me to wait any longer is not an option this is an order that was cancelled on the 31st of December 2024 till today I’m waiting for my money I need it
