Pick n pay ASAP is really a ****. On the other 29th September 2022 I ordered and they didn't have stock for 2 items for the value of R244, since I have been calling, agents are sending me from Pillar to post, they are giving me different amounts for the refund. I sent a query on the app, since I have been reminding them, they keep responding that they have escalated my query. My order number ***. I just need my money and leave their app. Imagine such a big company failing to refund a customer for the whole month 🙄🙄
