Pick n Pay ASAP is NOT Deaf friendly user and NEVER arrived!

Family dinner was ruined. Ordered via Pick n Pay ASAP as it supposed to save me travelling cost and make life easy for a busy Deaf mom. Waited over 6 hours for the delivery, it never came. Had to rely on my step son to make the calls. This app is not Deaf friendly user at all!!! I had to cancel the order as shop was closed and dinner appetite was ruined.
