Pick n Pay Asap is not convenient as they advertise

Upon ordering an advertised Burger combo containing cheese, tomato, lettuce, rolls and patties I was charged the full amount of R235 including delivery. When delivered the patties where not there as it was sold out. This combo was sold as 1 item because if anything was removed then the discount on the other items fall away. Instead of returning the entire combo to the shelf it was sent to me. The invoice on the order read R135 but R235 was charged. I efforts to complete my meal I contacted the store directly where the manager agreed to send me the patties at an additional cost of R65. I have not had the balance of the reserved amount returned to me and I now sit with an invoice for R135 when my total spend has been R300. Internal processes need to be in place for logical missing items from combos and customers should be better informed of this.
