Pick n Pay ASAP is nonsense

I am utterly disappointed by Pick n pay ASAP. Made an order and my order was cancelled after 2 hours and it didn’t even give a reason why it was cancelled. Called the call center and I spoke to Gloria who promised to call me back and she didn’t. Then called back again spoke to Zoliswa who didn’t give us answers why our order was cancelled. We bought stuff and we had visitors we couldn’t cook a Sunday dish for our visitors. I am very annoyed and they promised money will be refunded in my account which is still not refunded. The service is trash there’s nothing ASAP about it instead we are inconvenienced. They claim the driver says we were unreachable on the phone. Gave the driver our unit number and he didn’t communicate on the app. It kept saying waiting for driver.
