Pick ‘n Pay ASAP is nonsense

Pick n Pay ASAP is pure nonsense, how can a driver go back with my delivery without even calling me to tell that he has arrived? I went to the gate as the app said arrived and the driver was not there. I am done with pick n pay ASAP
