I am ****ed off as ****!
Who puts sugar in the same bags with 2 1.25l Appletizers and 2 750ml glass bottles? So the flimsy bag broke carrying it from the gate into the garage and the whole garage reaks of alcohol! Luckily, the sugar survived and the appletizer is probably gasless. So I need to unnecessarily buy the two bottles again and spend money I don't have! Why can't PnP Promende not get it right! If it's not missing bags, it's wrong items, canceled order and the delivery time is bad 70% of the time (probably because we have 1 store servicing the whole of Mitchells Plain and Strandfontein)!
Will definitely start making more use of Checkers60 because it never gives any hassles. Their packages are always packed securely.
I cannot believe I paid R 405.00 and now I must pay again because it's a gift meant for tomorrow!

Again, same thing happened on 26th December and luckily the driver was here to witness the broken bag with 3 2ltr cooldrinks and a other Jim Beam. Sent proof this time around! Can I now have my Jim Beam and Wild Africa!
