Pick N Pay ASAP is doing me DIRTY!!

I bought small groceries on Friday on the pick n pay ASAP app, it understandable that Friday was a busy day for as people who are getting paid on the 25th got paid. Order was accepted by pick n pay family Elgin, order #**********4, ***. I waited and waited and when I checked the app at about 08:10pm the delivery was set to be delivered the following day which was Saturday 24,2024. Woke up Saturday morning and checked the app, to my surprise it stated that the goods were delivered Friday 23 February 2024, 06:37pm. I've been sending them countless emails to fix this and at least pay me back if they can't deliver what I've ordered seems like they are not willing. I want my money back cause they are failing to resolve this. I've never had a problem with orders accepted by Mall of Africa before. Also they need to make sure their drivers deliver the goods.

There has been NO reply whatsoever. I received an email from pick n pay saying they have resolved my query and to rate their service but nothing has been said to me. No communication at all.
