PICK N PAY ASAP IS *****! Be warned!!!

I placed an order almost 4 weeks ago on the app. Money off my account. App then said cannot be processed. My money has never been refunded after being told last week Mon to wait 48 hrs. NOTHING!! I have tried at least 7 x to get help!!! Plenty apologies but no action AT ALL!!!!! I have a really tight budget as do many and now some has just been taken!!!!! The time I have spent trying to resolve amounts house! My money!!! My time!!!
