Pick n Pay ASAP is a ****ty service

Pick n Pay is the worst delivery and online shopping. I made an order 03/04/2024 with order number ***1, when the driver came to deliver he gave a random male at the gate my order but he was told that a female was coming to collect. I tried calling Pick n Pay ASAP more than 5 times on the 3rd and 4th of April. The agents promised to escalate and do a redelivery with a new driver assigned but that has never happened. Till now no one ever got back to me with any further information. One agent made it sound like it's my fault that the driver gave a wrong person without confirming and making it as delivered. Pick n Pay ASAP is a ****ty service I want my money or my items delivered.
