Pick n Pay asap is a ****gery ****

I am very disappointed with the service I have received from pick pay asap. I placed an order online on their app and they advised later that there is no stock for the ordered items. From 24 August i have struggled to get a refund of my money regardless of calls almost daily. I have spoken to Nicole Brandt and was advised that they have transferred my money back into my bank account. I have sent them my bank details but they have not refunded my money up to now. I would not recommend anyone to keep using the pnp asap app as there is some elements of dishonesty and lies. Pick n Pay please refund.me.my money I am tired of your lies. This is ****gery please stop it and refund my money back into my axcount
