Pick 'n Pay ASAP is a **** - STAY AWAY

It's been 8 days since Pick 'n Pay ASAP stole my money and my groceries. I have now logged 4 queries and wasted much time and money on the phone to customer services. I have emailed details of missing groceries. All my attempts to get my money back have been met by excuses and empty promises. I will now approach the ombudsman in a further attempt to get back what Pick 'n Pay has ******.
