Pick n Pay ASAP is a ****- over 6 days waiting for a refund

I made a order last week Thursday and the order was cancelled by the store up until now i am still waiting for my refund. I have called the call centre several times and still i am not getting an answer when i will get my refund. Pathetic service. Order number is ***. How i wish there was 0 stars.
