Pick 'n Pay ASAP is a ****! DO NOT USE THIS APP / SERVICE. They ***** your money and your goods! I placed my order, they charged my credit card for the full amount, only to deliver only a few items in the order. The invoice, included in the delivered shopping bag, listed all the items and it was signed (by someone from PnP) to indicate that all items were in the delivery, yet the majority of the items were NOT delivered.

Customer services refuses to refund me or help me in any way. They just log query after query. Online chat service states "currently replying in a few hours"!!!! 48 hours later I am still without my groceries or my refund!
