PICK N pay ASAP is a ****

I made an online order on the 16th December 2022 and my refund was processed o the 19th of December 2022 but till to date I haven't received my money into my account.. when I call they extend days but their policy says 5-10 working days it has passed that. I don't know what to do now because I need that money
