Pick n pay ASAP is a **** , bad service

Their online store (ASAP) substituted an item in my order with a similar item that costed higher that the item I had ordered without my approval. Charged me the price of the item they gave me which I had not approved. Then told me I must return the item at my own cost and inconvenience for them to give me a refund.

I am talking about an unsolicited item that was delivered to me. The NCPA is very clear on how an unsolicited item should be addressed. Pick n pay is in contravention of the NCPA and has now resorted to ignoring my emails.

Please do not use that app. You will not get refunds from them
