Pick n pay ASAP is a ****

I bought on the Pick py asap online app on the 5th of January a blender which I paid for online 2 minutes later they email me saying it's out of stock. I then requested for my refund today being the 6th a month later I have still not received my money . After countless calls and emails nothings happened . I am disgusted with pick n pay n the whole asap team those consultants are ***** who keep saying they are escalating yet nothing is being done. I Want my money pick n pay you ****
