Pick n Pay ASAP is a ****

Your service is beyond terrible and I have had it. Placed an order on the 16th July, a while later two notifications pop up, one says some items are out of stock, and the 2nd one says some money had been refunded. Your app is forever faulty and didn't give me the opportunity to choose something different, I quickly called the call centre and was told the matter would be escalated to the store. I decided not to wait and called the store myself, a whole joke. Pick n Pay Mega Mart in Tembisa is a JOKE. I spoke to someone who wouldn't tell me what their name was, I later found out it was Nhlanhla, at first she told me they have refunded my money and can't make amendments, I need to place a new order, I told her my money is not on my acc and she said she would call after 15minutes she wants to call the relevant department. An hour later, she hadn't called, I called back and was put through to Dimakatso, she is rude and has ZERO regard for customers, she told me she wasn't the one handling my query and rudely handed the call over to Nhlanhla then proceeded to make snide remarks in the background. Nhlanhla said she forgot to call me back and told me they would amend the order (after being told it wouldn't be possible). I accepted that, my order was delivered and guess what? No amendments done, I called again and spoke to Nhlanhla, she tells me the refund is done and they can't amend the order, I must place a new order and my money will clear in my account on the same day. Well, today is Monday and my money hasn't cleared. Pick n Pay, I want my money, R223 due on the 17th July, R9.51 due on the 23rd June and R22.99 due on the 8th May. Unfortunately I cannot see my whole order history to count all the money you owe me. I will not wait 14 days for my money to be refunded, I waited for the amount in May and June and almost two months later, neither amounts have been refunded. Your staff needs training, Nhlanhla is supposedly responsible for the ASAP division in that store but is absolutely clueless about a lot, don't even get me started on Dimakatso. I am ****ed, I want my money.
