Pick n pay ASAP is a ****!!!!!!!!!!

I made an order on the ASAP app n it indicated that I would be getting my delivery within an hour. Then after that couple of hours later still no delivery. Requested a refund and they are still not giving me the refund but also refuse the delivery. I had to sleep hungry with the kids, send them to school with no food. I am not getting paid until a couple of days meaning that we will be having no food in the house. I can't believe this is how they treat their customers. I am so disappointed 😞
