PICK N PAY ASAP IS A JOKE

I made an order at Pick n Pay Asap today at 4pm and my order was not delivered, both call centre and the app told me the driver is on the way but they are unable to track where he is. What irritates me is that i was getting the goods to use today , so i am assuming it will be delivered tommorow and unfortunately i will not need the goods tommorow as i had to make other arrangements.

Just last week i had an issue again with pick n pay delivery which resulted in my order being cancelled and my money only being returned after 5 days, so i have an issue with cancelling this one because it means i will receive my money again in 5 days when i need to use it now , the service is horrible and what is worse it seems there is no platform to lodge a complaint, i tried their email, call centre, chat and twitter and they are not responsive.

I dont think i will ever use their platform ever again
