Pick n' Pay ASAP is a joke

Pick n' Pay ASAP is a joke! They are trying to compete with Checkers, but lets face it, who ever runs with this side of the business is letting you down. Everytime I order, I am missing and item. and when that happens it takes 7 to 10 business days to be refunded. Checkers its immediately loaded as credit. I ordered on the 27th and the incorrect package was delivered to my house. I phoned from 10:30 and was basically told the same story each time, about how they need to collect the wrong parcel and deliver the right one. I waited the whole day. I then phoned again the whole day the following day in which the package was finally collected and I was told my package would finally be delivered in the morning. Well here I set, 70 minutes off my call balance down, 15:22 and still no package. No I don't want a refund! I want you to deliver what I paid for. How hard can it be?? How can it take 2 days to do this? To whoever reads this, please don't waste your time, and the call centre is a joke. Sure they are friendly but they do nothing. I have been patient, but now I am angry. Who wouldn't be??
