Pick ‘n Pay asap is a ****

I placed an order online on the 30th September at 17:00 and it was never delivered, I followed up and made calls to the call centre and spoke to Mihle she advised the order was being packed. No order was delivered. The following day 1 October I called in the morning to enquire about my order I spoke to Rafeekah (I’m not sure if this is the correct name) she told me she will send a driver asap nothing was sent, I then called the brackenfell hypermaket as my order is with them and was told that the order was cancelled and the call centre is not being honest with me. I called the call centre again and spoke to the same lady she put me on hold and advised the matter was resolved however when I called the store again I was told by the Online department that customer service did not contact the store. They are waisting my money as I am using my own airtime to make these calls, I even sent email no response, I tried reaching out on Facebook no response. This is disgusting, I will be deleting their app and I will never shop at Pick ‘n Pay again, I will rather use checkers and Woolworths.
