Pick n Pay ASAP is a disaster

I have had numerous disappointing experiences with Pick n Pay ASAP. There have been items missing, broken, and an order with chicken breasts that took almost 2 hours to deliver so I cancelled it. I tried again on Friday and once again an item was missing. The call centre was meant to get back to me after contacting the store, but I followed up today and have found out that a refund was requested when I still need the item and wanted them to deliver it. This app is meant to make life easier but has added so much stress!
