Pick n Pay ASAP is a DISASTER

The Service that I received from the Pick n Pay ASAP app with my latest order (25 Nov) has been appalling. First half the items I ordered was out of stock (but they had stock on their shelves the entire weekend). The items that did arrive were 8 hours late and didn't include all the other items that they charged me for. I have tried to reach out to PnP on email, by calling the call centre, calling the Kenilworth store, leaving my details to call me back and nothing. I demand my money back.
